Zoi Tzimika is a lawyer with a high level of expertise in banking and administrative law, with extensive experience in providing legal support to financial institutions and local government bodies. Since 2011, she has been Legal Advisor to the National Bank of Greece, and has also served in the legal department of Attica Bank, handling complex issues relating to credit agreements, enforcement, and corporate financing.

At the same time, she holds the position of Special Advisor to the Mayor of Serres, providing legal guidance on matters of public law, administrative operation, and strategic planning. Her experience in public administration, combined with her banking expertise, makes her a valuable partner in cases that require a deep understanding of the broader economic and regulatory environment.

Her academic background is particularly strong, as she holds two Master’s degrees (LLM) from the Democritus University of Thrace: one in Private International Law and International Transactions (with an emphasis on International Arbitration) and one in Public International Law and Human Rights Protection. She has been a member of the Serres Bar Association since 2006.
