On 12 November 2025, an open meeting was held in Siderokastro with the participation of approximately 60–70 citizens, professionals and representatives of the local community of Sintiki, focusing on the future of the Siderokastro Thermal Baths. The initiative was taken by the Union of Professionals and Merchants of Siderokastro, following the decision of the Municipal Council of Sintiki to suspend the operation of the Thermal Baths due to accumulated debts and to proceed with their sublease through an international tender.

Parìgoris & Associates had the honour of being invited by the professional trade union body to provide specialised legal information at the meeting, regarding the available legal forms that a Community-Based Company may take, the procedures for the establishment, operation and accountability of such a corporate structure, the possibilities of its participation in an international competitive framework, as well as the advantages and legal steps required for the organised participation of the local community in the management of the Thermal Baths.
