Anastasia Anastasilaki is active in the fields of Civil, Commercial, and Administrative Law, providing legal advice and representation in a wide range of cases. Having joined Parigoris Law early in her career, initially as a trainee and now as a lawyer, she has significant experience in enforcement proceedings and the management of complex family disputes, including child custody issues.
She has specialized knowledge in energy law, with an emphasis on the regulatory framework for carbon dioxide capture and storage and the transition to new energy markets, a subject on which she focused her academic research. Her involvement in energy resource diplomacy and energy security makes her a valuable partner in regulatory compliance and environmental law matters.
As part of her ongoing academic training, Anastasia has deepened her knowledge of European private law through the University of Salzburg, while closely following developments regarding the impact of artificial intelligence on legal science. She regularly participates in Criminal and Civil Law conferences, focusing on contemporary developments in case law.
Anastasia holds a Master’s Degree (LLM) in International and European Energy Law and a Law Degree (LLB) from Democritus University of Thrace. She is a member of the Serres Bar Association since 2025.
