At the same time, his research on workplace behavior and nonverbal communication gives him particular expertise in corporate crisis management and labor dispute negotiation.

Ioannis holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a thesis focused on organizational psychology.
